Planning

Our Wedding Coordinator and staff lavish individual attention on each couple and their guests. From the moment you contact us, we will focus on your every wish—accommodations for you and your guests, wedding location, ceremony, flowers, cuisine, an exquisite cake, music—to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. We schedule no more than two weddings a day, so we’ll give your ceremony and celebration the attention it deserves. Newlyweds stay relaxed, focused on each other, and enjoy their special day at one of the Florida’s most spectacular and romantic locations.

Ceremonies

At Bonaventure, our most popular ceremony location is poolside, under an Indian Tiki Hut. Waterfalls, ponds, tropical flowers and wildlife surround this romantic location. Our Tropical Rainforest can hold up to 100 people complete with coy pond, two swans and waterfalls. Our flexible indoor space can accommodate weddings from 10 to 800 people. The Grand and Florida Ballrooms feature twinkle-lit chandeliers and large pre-function space perfect for a cocktail reception.

Off-site locations include local churches, historic buildings and coastal venues and beaches. Whatever style, location or denomination wedding you desire, our Wedding Coordinator will make sure that your dreams come true.

Celebrations

Because Ft. Lauderdale is a sunshine paradise, our climate is typically perfect for outdoor wedding celebrations. Our main pool, Rainforest Room, Grand and Florida Ballrooms offer wedding couples a wide variety of reception options, from tropical settings to elegant indoor locations. Whether the celebration is for two or 800 hundred guests, we have exquisite cuisine, the perfect location, and impeccable service to make your occasion an unforgettable event.

A typical wedding celebration includes a one-hour reception, and a three-hour dinner dance that feature elegant tiered wedding cakes, Viennese tables, butler-passed hors d'oeuvres and champagne, along with customized wedding menus. We supply chair covers and white linens. Our Wedding Coordinator will work with you to develop any additional decorations and flowers you desire. We can arrange music and entertainment from solo artists to big bands, or a DJ.
